WHO I AM

Rachael Gorab is a woman, mother, wife, artist, novice flower farmer and arranger, and leo-taurus-leo living in the woods of Vermont.

Her superpower is understanding people and knowing what they need. Even more, she loves dreaming up big ideas and new possibilities and making them into beautiful things – whether it’s a new product idea, a creative campaign, or a creative policy solution.

Rachael has nearly 20 years of experience studying what people truly want and need and translating that into products that succeed in market. She’s led consumer & market insights teams at Unilever and Burton Snowboards, building large and small brands alongside marketers and launching new CPG and lifestyle products, always grounded in what people think, feel, and need.

Unlike many insight consultants, she’s spent her entire career on the client and marketing side, partnering with R&D, brand, leadership teams, and creative agencies to turn insight into concrete strategies that actually drive growth.

Most of all, she loves to think about how to do things differently and believes that the world urgently needs creative solutions.
